Job Description

As an IT Security Analyst, you will collaborate with IT and compliance teams to maintain, review, and update IT policies, ensuring they remain aligned with regulatory frameworks and industry best practices. You will also assist in audits, track changes in compliance standards, and support training initiatives.

The Qualifications We Seek

• 1-3 years of experience in IT compliance, policy analysis, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and critical thinking.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with IT governance frameworks (e.g., NIST, CIS) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting compliance audits (e.g., DPIA, NYDFS, GDPR, CCPA).
• Exposure to risk assessment or security documentation processes.
• Background in the Mortgage industry or financial services environment is highly preferred

Your Daily Tasks

• Collaborate with IT and Compliance teams to gather and organize evidence for internal and external audits.
• Assist in the review, revision, and drafting of IT policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory guidance (e.g., NIST, ISO, SOC 2).
• Track regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure policies remain current and compliant.
• Maintain a centralized repository of IT policies and ensure version control and accessibility.
• Coordinate policy review cycles with senior IT staff and facilitate stakeholder feedback.
• Support internal training and awareness efforts related to IT policy and compliance.
• Document audit findings, remediation plans, and policy updates in a clear and professional manner.
